摘要
以GCr15钢作为实验材料,采用单边双电极的电接触淬火设备对试样进行表面淬火处理。通过金相观察分析了各工艺参数对淬火效果的影响。结果表明:在功率40 kW、工件线速度0.1 m/min、电极压力2000 N的淬火参数下,工件表层由球化退火组织转化为细小的隐针马氏体,淬硬区平均硬度为834 HV0.2。表明单边双电极电接触表面淬火切实可行。
The surface quenching treatment of GCr15 was carried out using unilateral two-electrode contact quenching equipment.The effects of various process parameters on surface quenching were analyzed by metallographic observation.The results show that: under the process parameters,specifically the power to 40 kW,the line speed to 0.1 m/min,and the electrode force to 2000 N.The spheroidizing annealing processed structure turns into cryptocrystalline martensite.The average hardness of hardened area is 834 HV0.2.The results suggest that the surface quenching based on the electrical resistive heating is practicable.
