摘要
农村人力资源的开发利用,在很大程度上决定着农村经济的发展和农民收入的水平。本文分析了闽北农村人力资源开发的现状,提出了建立科技推广的“双赢”机制、全面构建闽北农民的终身教育体系、加快闽北农村农业产业化进程和农村小城镇建设的农村人力资源开发的对策,以推动闽北农村人力资源的合理开发。
Rural economic development and the peasants＇t income mostly depend on the develpment and usage of the rural human resources,The article intends to analyse the current situation of the development of rural human resources in north of Fijian province, Meanwhile, it proposes the countermeasures on how to set up all - win mechanism to scientific popularization, construct lifetime education system for the peasants in northern Fujian, quicken the industrial process and construction of small town, so as to promote reasonable development of rural human resources in northem Fujian.
