摘要
采用压团中温固结的方法将转炉尘泥制作成团块状化渣剂用于转炉冶炼生产的新思路,对转炉尘泥的处理与综合利用具有重要意义。研究中首先进行了多种尘泥球团制作方法的对比实验,从中寻求出了一种最适宜的球团工艺,然后通过系统实验确定出了最佳的工艺参数;在实验的基础上,通过自主设计建成了新的转炉尘泥化渣剂球团生产线;最后在生产中,调整工艺参数以提高尘泥球团的强度,满足炼钢生产要求;并在炼钢生产中得出了适宜的尘泥球团的添加及应用技术使尘泥球团最终在炼钢过程中得到了成功的应用。
A new method to treat with converter residue is used, i. e. convert residue were first made as a pellet slagging agent adopting briquetting and roasting in a medium temperature, and then were applied in smelting in converter, which is very significant for transaction and comprehensive utilization of converter residue. In this research , many experiments to compare a variety of briquetting methods were made, by which a best feasible technics were found, and then optimum parameters corresponding by systematically testing were educed . On the base of experiments , a new plant processing utilization of converter residue designed was set up. Finally, in practice, correlative parameters to improve intensity of pellet made of converter residue to meet the need of steel - making were adjusted. In addition, during steel - making in converter, a set of technology about application of residue pellet was summarized , which has been successfully applied in AnYang Iron & Steel Corporation.
