摘要
根据对心理健康教育教师的若干问题进行的调查研究表明,心理健康教育教师应选择多种专业培养;培养与选择心理健康教育教师时要重视辅导教师的专业理论和技能水平,更要考虑其人格素养,要考虑心理健康教育教师的性别和年龄因素;心理健康教育教师要以专职为主、同时聘请一些兼职。
According to the survey of the cultivation of teachers for mentalistic health education, the article concludes that many methods can be chosen in training teachers with specialized theory and skills. Much importance should be attached to the personal quahty, sex and age. Teachers for mentalistic health education should take their responsibilities in full- time and social volunteers can also be applied to do it in part- time.
