摘要
目的:研究漏芦乙醇提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠组织学的影响。方法:D-半乳糖制作小鼠衰老模型,组织化学方法观察小鼠脑组织琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、脂褐素(LPF)的变化,同步观察电子显微镜下的组织学变化。结果:漏芦乙醇提取物对D-半乳糖所致的衰老小鼠的大脑皮质神经元的SDH活性下降、LDH活性升高及LPF含量增多有明显的抑制作用,对线粒体等细胞器的变性具有改善作用。结论:漏芦乙醇提取物对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠具有抗衰老作用。
Objective：To study on the effect of the alcohol extract of Rhaponticum uniflorm （L.）DC. on histology in the senescent mice induced by D-galactose. Methods： The senescent mice induced by D-galactose. SDH and LDH, LPF were detected by the histochemical method, and the histological changes were synchronously observed by electronic microscope. Results：Rhaponticum uniflorm （L.）DC. extract significantly increased the the activity of SDH in brain tissue, decreased the activity LDH and the content LPF. It was observed under microscope that Rhaponticum uniflorrn（L. ）DC. could re- trieve the degeneration of mitochondrion. Conclusion：Rhaponticum uniflorm （L.）DC. extract has anti-senile effect on Dgalgctose induced senescent in mice.
