电化学合成CoP-Cu复合丝及其巨磁阻抗效应 被引量:3

Electro-deposited CoP-Cu Complex Wires and Giant Magnetic Impedance Effect

摘要 采用电化学工艺在Cu丝上沉积CoP合金镀层,制备出具有巨磁阻抗效应(GMI)的CoP-Cu复合丝.研究了获得优异软磁非晶钴磷镀层的工艺条件,并对其巨磁阻抗效应进行了初步研究.结果发现,镀层磷含量及软磁性能的好坏受阴极沉积电流密度的影响,控制电流密度在16.9×10-3~25.3×10-3A/cm2范围,镀层软磁性能优异,合成的复合丝巨磁阻抗效应非常明显,巨磁阻抗比值均超过200%,最高达441%,磁场灵敏度最高达0.2%/(A·m-1).测试了巨磁阻抗效应的频谱曲线,特征频率为400kHz. A giant magnetic impedance (GMI) amorphous alloy on cylindrical Cu substrates was effect of complex wires produced by electrodepositing CoP studied. The conditions for fabricating CoP amorphous alloy deposits with excellent soft magnetic property were investigated in detail. The P content and soft magnetic property of the alloy deposite depend greatly on cathode deposition current density. When the cathode deposition current density is setting from 16. 9 × 10^-3 A/cm^2 to 25.3 × 10^-3 A/cm^2 , the magnetic property of the CoP alloy deposits is quite soft, the GMI effect of the complex wires is very great and all of GMI ratios are beyond 200%, the best of all the GMI ratios 0. 2%/(A · m^-1). The measurement result of the charicteristic frequency is 400 kHz. is 441%, the best magnetic field sensitive degree is dependence of GMI effect on AC frequency shows that its
