GIANT MAGNETORESISTANCE EFFECTS IN Co/Cu(111) SUPERLATTICE

摘要 We present a spin-dependent scattering theory to explain the new type of magnetoresistance effect and magnetization in Co/Cu (111) superlattice with atomically smooth interfaces. Our model is simple, but the calculated results are consistent with the experimental ones.
