摘要
随着网络的普及和知识产权法律制度的不断完善,因使用网络信息资源而带来的侵权现象日益增多。本文试图通过透析网络信息资源与知识产权的关系,阐述网络信息资源的知识产权保护的重要性,以期对图书馆开展网络信息资源服务工作有一定的指导作用。
with the intemet used widely and the system of intellectual property getting more perfectly, the phenomenon of copyright infringement is getting more and more popular. This paper tries to analyze the relation between the Internet information resources and intellectual property, highlights the importance of the protection on Internet information resources under the intellectual property laws, in order to have an aid to the library information services.
