摘要
在组织学习力的研究中,目前存在着对个体学习的“移植”、对教育中的学习的“移植”和基本力学要素的“移植”三种倾向,这些“倾向”在揭示组织学习力的本质方面,虽然给我们提供了不同的认识视角,但都存在一定的局限性。学习型组织经典理论中经常使用的组织能力、竞争力、创新力等表征组织学习的概念都是对组织学习力的描述。组织学习力是学习型组织这种复杂适应系统中,立足于环境变化,在吸收、传播、共享、转化、反思、提炼、应用和创新知识的过程中,通过“组织学习”的各种要素的非线性作用而形成的积累性学识,可以用能力、竞争力、创新力等进行描述的系统动力。
At present, there exist three kinds of "transplantation" tendencies during the research of the academic achievement of an organization, i. e.. the "transplantation" of individual learning, of learning in education, and of the elements of basic mechanics. Although the three tendencies provide us with different cognitive views to reveal the essence of the academic achievement of an organization, they all have more or less limitations, the concepts organizing ability, competitiveness, creative force, etc. used in the classical theory of learning-oriented organization to symbolize the organized learning are all to describe the academic achievement of an organization. The academic achievement of an organization, which is a system dynamics that can be described by ability, competitiveness, creativeness, etc. , is a kind of accumulative knowledge formed through the nonlinear function of various elements of the "organized learning" in the process of absorbing, spreading, sharing, transferring, rethinking, refining, applying and creating knowledge, based on the environmental change, adapted in the complex adaptation system of learning-oriented organization.
