摘要
对学习型组织和组织学习产生的背景进行分析,指出学习型组织和组织学习的内涵,进而从领导者、组织成员、组织结构、组织文化、外部环境五个方面分析阻碍组织学习的障碍因素,针对障碍因素,提出"共同学习,不断革新"的组织学习模式,该学习模式有助于企业提升其组织学习力。
This paper analyzed the background of learning organizational and organizational learning, and pointed out the meanings of learning organization and organizational learning, Then the paper analyzed organizational learning barriers from the five aspects of leaders, members, organizational structure, organizational culture and external environment, Thirdly, the paper proposed organizational learning model of "Study together and innovation continuously" on the basis of those obstacle factors, the learning model can help enterprises to enhance their organizational learning.
