摘要
过去人们关于企业信息化的研究,仅仅看到了技术推动、需求拉动等因素,但却忽视了组织学习,组织惯例的重要作用。作者在回顾、评价信息技术学习模型的基础上,结合科尔布的人类经验性学习周期模型、演化经济学中记忆—惯例—筛选周期,提出一种双环(应用环、经验环)的企业信息化学习模型。
Beforetime, for the research to the formation of enterprise information, push by the technique and demand are seen as the main factors, whereas the significance of organizing study is ignored. After reviewing and appraising the learning model of information technique, the paper combines kebuer’s anthropic experiential study period model and the memory-inertia-filtration period among evolutive economics, puts forward a kind of two loop (application loop and experience loop) study model used for studying the formation of enterprise information
