摘要
目的研究鹿茸丸对大鼠糖尿病肾病模型肾脏的保护作用。方法 60只SD雄性大鼠,随机选取10只作为正常组,余下的50只采用高热量饲料喂养+链脲佐菌素腹腔注射方法制作糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、鹿茸丸组、罗格列酮组,每组10只;观察各组大鼠治疗前后一般情况,并测定治疗后各组大鼠血糖、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白排泄量、血脂的变化。结果与糖尿病肾病模型组比较,鹿茸丸组体质量、血糖、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白排泄量、血脂均明显改善。结论鹿茸丸能够改善实验性糖尿病肾病大鼠一般状况,调节糖脂代谢,对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏损害有一定的保护作用。
Objective： To investigate the protecting effects of Lurong Pill on diabetic nephropathy rats.Methods： Normal control group was established in 10 randomly selected from 60 SD rat.Another 50 rats were used to establish diabetic nephropathy models.The model was induced by feeding with high fat diet and STZ（sireptozotocin） produced by intraperitoneal injection.Diabetic nephropathy model rats were randomly divided into 3 groups and there were 10 rats in each group including the model group,the Lurong Pill group and the rosiglitazone group.The general situations of these rats were observed before and after treatment.After the treatment,some indices were detected including the blood glucose,the serum creatinine,the 24h urine protein excretion and the blood lipid.Results： Compared with the model group,these indicators such as the body weight,the blood glucose,the serum creatinine,the 24h urine protein excretion and the blood lipid were improved obviously in the Lurong Pill group.Conclusion： Lurong Pill improves the general state of experimental rats with diabetic renal disease.It regulates glucose-lipid metabolism and presents a certain protection oil renal damage in the rats with diabetic renal disease.
