舒胸微丸中三种成分含量测定

摘要 目的:建立舒胸微丸中三种有效成分阿魏酸、川芎嗪和红花黄色素的含量测定方法。方法:采用 UV-Vis法测定红花黄色素的含量,HPLC 法测定阿魏酸与川芎嗪的含量。结果:阿魏酸与川芎嗪在1μg·mL^(-1)-150μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,分别为0.9996和O.9998,平均回收率分别为96.3%(RSD=3.0%)和93.9%(RSD=2.3%);红花黄色素在1μpg·mL^(-1)—120μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r 为0.9999,平均回收率为101.1%(RSD=2.4%)。结论:本文所采用的含量测定方法准确,简便,灵敏可靠。 Objective: To develop a method to determine of the contents of Ferulic Acid, Tetramethylpyrazine and safflower yellow in Shuxiong pellets. Methods: The HPLC method was performed to determine the content of Fetulic Acid and Tetramethylprazine, and the UV- Vis method was used to assay the contents of safflower yellow in shuxiong pellets. Results: A good linearity was obtained within the range of 1μg·ml^-1- 150μg·mL^-1 for Ferulic Acid and Tetramethylprazine (r= 0.9996 and 0.9998, respectively), and 10 μg·mL^-1-120μg·mL^-1 for safflower yellow (r= 0.9999). The average recoveries of Ferulic Acid, Tetra methylprazine and safflower yellow were 96.3 (RSD=3.0%), 93.9(RSD=2.3%) and 101.0% (RSD=2.4%), respectively. Conclusion: The methods of determination of the three components in Shuxiong Pellet were simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
