摘要
目的观察中药制剂抑痛平治疗子宫腺肌症痛经的临床疗效。方法对35例子宫腺肌症痛经患者采用抑痛平治疗,比较治疗前后痛经评分、B超子宫大小、血清CA125检测值。结果35例患者经抑痛平治疗后,痛经平均积分下降164.5分(P<0.001),总有效率68.7%;子宫大小和血清CA125改变不明显(P>0.05)。结论对于不接受手术和激素治疗并以痛经为主诉的子宫腺肌症患者,可选择中药抑痛平改善痛经。
Objective To observe the effect of Yitongping decoction on dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis. Methods 35 dysmenorrhea cases with adenomyosis were treated with Yitongping decoction orally. Dysmenorrhea scores, uterus size showed by B ultrasound and blood serum CA125 before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment of Yitongping decoction, Average dysmenorrhea scores of all patients decreased for 164. 5 （ P〈0. 001 ）, the total effective rate was 68. 7 % ; but quantity of catamenia, uterus size and blood serum CA125 had not changed significantly （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yitongping is effective for dysmenorrhea patients with adenomyosis that not receiving hysterectomy and hormone treatment.
