摘要 目的:研究基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP2)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫肌腺症组织中的表达。方法:应用免疫组化SP的方法,检测31例子宫肌腺症标本,19例正常子宫内膜组织中MMP2和VEGF的表达情况。结果:MMP2在子宫肌腺症及正常子宫内膜组织中阳性表达率分别为38.7%及5.26%,二组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。VEGF在子宫肌腺症组织、正常子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为48.4%及78.9%,二组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:MMP2和VEGF在子宫腺肌症组织中均表达增强,提示其可能与子宫腺肌症的发生有关。 Objective: To study the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in adenomyosis. Methods : The expression of MMP-2 and VEGF in the tissue of uterus with (31 samples) and without ( 19 samples) adenomyosis were tested by using immunohistochemistry SP. Results: The positive expression rate of MMP-2 in adenomyosis and normal endometrium was 38.7 % and 5.26 % respectively ; The positive expression rate of VEGF was 64.5 % and 31.6% respectively. As compare to the normal group, both expression of MMP-2 and VEGF were significantly increased. Conclusion : The MMP-2 and VEGF may play important role in occurrence of adenomyosis.
