摘要
针对教师培训现状,结合中学体育骨干教师的特殊性进行体育骨干教师参与式培训模式的实践尝试。结果表明:参与式培训模式在调动学员积极性、提高素质、优化能力结构等方面效果较好。
In view of the situation of the teacher training and the particularity of middle school PE Core teacher, we carried on practical exploration of the Participating Training mode of middle school PE core teacher. Conclusion show n: The Participating Training mode plays a very important part in arousing teacher's enthusiasm, improving quality, optimizing the structure of ability.
