摘要
运用访谈法、问卷调查法与数理统计法分析了参加河南省国家级培训的农村中小学体育骨干教师的现状,结果表明:参加培训的河南省农村中小学体育骨干教师的年龄结构合理,教龄偏大,兼职教师比例过高,学历与职称不符合要求的较多。
With the research methods of literature study,interview,questionaire investigation and statistics,the paper researches the current situation of the key P.E.teachers of the elementary schools and middle schools in the rural areas in Henan province,who attended the national training.The research shows that the teachers have long service time and the portion of the part-time teachers is great.There are many disqualification of schooling and title.
