摘要
用乙醚分散口香糖胶基,温水超声提取,水饱和正丁醇萃取,可见分光光度法对样品进行定量测定。与人参皂甙测定的行业标准方法相比,本方法样品前处理方法更有效,样品测定结果线性好(r=0.9993),平均回收率为99.2%,精密度实验RSD为1.7%(n=6)。本方法可以作为口香糖中人参总皂甙分析测定的简便、快速方法。
Chewing gums were dissolved in ether. Ginsenosides were extracted from the chewing gums by ultrasonics in warm water, and then extracted with Butanol, and determined by visible spectrophotometry. Compared with the industry standard method, samples can be extracted more efficienery, and an excellent linear relationship has been obtained (r = 0. 9993). The average recovery of ginsenosides was 99. 2% and the sample precision RSD was 1.72%. The method can be used as a simple and fast way to analyse the ginsenosides in the chewing gums.
