摘要
在微型反应堆上采用仪器中子活化分析方法对人发样品进行了标准物质定量分析,测定了Al、As、Ba、Br、Ca、Cl、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、Hg、I、Mg、Mn、Na、S、Se、V、Zn共19种元素。分析结果给出了每种元素的平均值、标准偏差和相对标准偏差以及在本工作条件下各元素的探测极限,结果显示各元素的质控样品的测定值与推荐值吻合较好,说明采用中子活化分析方法定量分析标准物质人发有较高的准确度。
The human hair samples as standard substances were analyzed by the neutron activation analysis(NAA) on the miniature neutron source reactor. 19 elements, i.e. Al, As, Ba, Br, Ca, Cl, Cr, Co, Cu, Fe, Hg, I, Mg, Mn, Na, S, Se, V and Zn, were measured. The average content, standard deviation, relative standard deviation and the detection limit under the present research conditions were given for each element, and the results showed that the measured values of the samples were in agreement with the recommended values, which indicated that NAA can be used to analyze standard substance human hair with a relatively high accuracy.
