摘要
研究利用微波消解样品,在线加入内标,再用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定人发中的稀土元素的方法。经试验测定:该方法检出限为0.003～0.046ng/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.51%～4.58%。该方法简单、快速,测定结果较为理想。
Rare-earth element in human is determined using microwave digestion sample with ICP-MS. The experiment shows that the method detection limit is 0.003-0.046 ng/mL, relative standard difference is 0.51%-4.58%. the experiment also shows that this method is easy, quick and accurate.
