大气压力下双光子电离痕量苯系物检测实验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Research on Trace BTEX in Ambient Air by Laser Two-photon Ionization

摘要 利用激光双光子电离技术研究了在大气压力下探测痕量苯系物的方法。介绍了实验装置,该装置不需要复杂的真空系统;报道了一些有意义的实验研究结果。实验结果表明,该方法不仅可以做到实时快速的测量,而且具有较高的探测灵敏度,其探测极限达到10×10-9。 The method of trace detection of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene (BTEX) was studied in ambient air using laser two-photon ionization. Experimental apparatus that don't need complicated vacuum system was introduced. Some significative results of experimental study were reported. Experimental results showed that the method not only can realize high speed and real time but also has high sensitivity. The detection limits of BTEX are on the order of 10 × 10-9.
