试管筛选耐盐的结缕草再生植株 被引量:7

In Vitro Selection for Salt Tolerance in Zoysiagrass cv. Zenith

摘要 测定了结缕草(Zoysia japonica)栽培品种Zenith商品种子实生苗的耐盐能力、种子愈伤组织发生的耐盐性、胚性愈伤组织系的耐盐能力及再生能力。在试管中筛选出了比该栽培品种群体耐盐性增强的体细胞无性系变异植株。初步的栽培试验表明,这些变异植株的耐盐性强于对照植株。 The growth of the seedlings, the callus induction and growth of zoysiagrass cv. Zenith, and the growth and regeneration ability of the selected embryogenic callus lines induced from the cultivar under different concentrations of salt (NaCl) were measured. Regenerated plantlets with increased salt tolerance were selected form the callus line due to somaclonal variation. The plantlets still showed stronger salt tolerance compared with the selected seedlings in field.
