摘要
加强我国石油企业的客户关系管理是非常必要的。管理时,应重点在顾客关系管理、供销商关系管理、竞争者关系管理、员工关系管理、影响者关系管理上下功夫,以不断提升我国石油企业的国际竞争力。
This paper sizes up the situation of the Chinese petrochemical enterprises, and anylises the inportation of client relationship management with the Chinese Petrochemical Enterprises. The management should put forward proposals of the Chinese Petrochemical Enterprises from five aspects: the customer relationship management, the supplier and saler relationship management, the competition relationship management, the staff relationship management, and the impacter relationship management. The individualistic service and the nice relationship with customers and suppliers are a powerful means to compete with world big oil enterprises by adapting to knowledge economy, adopting the principles of mutual interests, and participating in world market.
