摘要
我国石油化工产业是在以保护、扶持为主的产业政策中得以发展的 ,且整体发展水平低于发达国家。加入WTO ,将更大程度地引入外国企业的竞争 ,对中国石油化工业可谓机遇和挑战并存。分析了加入WTO给我国石油化工业带来的机遇 ;“入世”影响我国石油化工的主要因素 ;重点分析了石油化工产业面临的挑战 ;在研究与探讨的基础上 。
China's petroleum and chemical industry has been developing with protective and supporting industrial policies and its overall level is lower than that of developed countries.The competition from overseas enterprises will become fiercer after the WTO entry.There are both opportunities and challenges to China's petroleum and chemical industry.Opportunities and major impacts the WTO entry will bring to China's petroleum and chemical industry are analyzed.Challenges the petroleum and chemical industry will face are discussed.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed on the basis of research and exploration.
