摘要 目前大多数钻铤生产企业在对钻铤内部缺陷检测时,都存在检测效率低下和漏检严重的问题;为此设计了一套钻铤缺陷超声自动检测系统,极大地提高了钻铤缺陷检测的效率,降低了对钻铤缺陷的漏检和误判;提出了适用于大口径厚壁管材缺陷检测的方法,即多探头综合判伤法,该方法有着很好的通用性,使得整套系统在对钻铤进行内部缺陷检测时达到很高的灵敏度;同时还给出了钻铤超声检测系统的硬件框图;提出了适合于工程应用的超声信号处理方法,并通过计算机软件编程将钻铤内部缺陷的位置和类型以图形界面方式展现在用户面前;本套系统在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。 In view of the current drill collar quality detect inefficiency, serious undetected, has designed a drill collar on-line automatic ultrasonic testing system, greatly improved the efficiency of testing the drill collar , reduced undetection and misjudgment. The system use a method of multi probes test defection that is applicable to testing large diameter thick-walled pipe. The method makes the system of the drill collar at an internal defect detection to achieve high sensitivity. At the same time, the paper provides a hardware schematic diagram and an ultrasonic signal processing method which is suitable for engineering application and computer software programming. The sofeware will take drill collar location and type of internal defection in the way of a graphical interface displayed before the user. The system in practical application has achieved good results.
