摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对中、日、德三国大众体育的管理体制模式进行了分析和比较,从中找出中国大众体育管理中的不足,借鉴成功经验,以推动中国大众体育的发展。
This article analyses and compares the massive sports management system modes of China ,Japan and Germany by document and logical analysis. Disadvantages were found in Chinese massive sports management. Then we can prompt the development of Chinese massive sports in light of successful experience.
