摘要
社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,给基层群众体育活动的开展创造了良好的外部环境,政府管理职能的转变和社区管理中心的逐步形成,促进了基层群众体育管理体制与模式的优化。研究结果表明:深圳经济特区的基层群众管理体制存在着三种各具特点的模式,代表了改革开放过程中体育管理体制改革的不同方向。
The development of the social economy and the improvement of the peoples life provided sportsforall in grassroots units with good environments. The shift of the governments administrative functions and the emergence of the community managing centers gave impetus to the optimization of management system and modes of sportsforall in grassroots units. The research carried out by the author showed that there were three modes with various characteristics in grassroots units of Shenzhen Economic Special Zone,which represented the different developing directions of the systematic reform during the opening up and reform. The three modes were significant for the future Chinese sportsforall management in the grassroots units.
