摘要
根据现代运动训练发展的特点 ,结合我国国情和教练员现状 ,分析了我国教练员的职业特征 ,并详尽论述了我国优秀教练员应具备的相应素质。
Based on the characteristics of modern sports training development and the conditions of our country and our coaches status quo, the paper has analysed the professional character of the coaches and discussed the necessary qualities of an excellent coach in China.
