摘要
医疗行风问题直接影响到医院的建设和发展,成为医院管理中需要认真研究和解决的重要问题。本文试图对改革开放以来,医疗行风建设在社会主义市场经济条件下面临的许多新情况、新问题,如吃请收礼、收受“红包”等社会和百姓们反应强烈的问题产生的主要原因进行了分析,并提出了对策。
The issue of hospital ethics improvement, which directly affects the hospital＇s building-up and development, becomes the important one required researching and solving in the hospital management. The purpose of article is to analyze the main causes to the new phenomena under socialist market economy, rising after the reform to open, such as eating on invitation, accepting the gifts and ＇covert payment＇ etc, which are reacted intensely by common people, and put forward related countermeasures.
