本文分析了医疗纠纷形成的三个阶段 :潜伏期、形成期、暴发期 ;并针对各期形成特点提出了有效阻断措施 。
This article analyzes three forming phrases of the medical disputes: potential period; forming period; bursting period. With regard to the characteristics of the very period , this article points out effective solutions of interdiction, and put forward primary objective standard for the solutions.
