摘要
教材在英语教学系统中占据着重要地位,科学编制理想的教材能有效满足英语教与学的需求。从教材编写原则与评价原则的角度审视我国英语教材编写的特点及其缺陷,探讨图式理论对英语教材编写的诸多启示。
Materials play a vital part in the system of English language teaching ＆ learning, and developing good materiMs can effectively meet the needs of English pedagogy. Based on the principles of materials development and evaluation, the merits and demerits of most English teaching materials previously compiled and used in China are analyzed, and then schema theory is introduced and its implications in developing original English teaching materials are discussed.
