摘要
“章鱼罐”综合征是一类以左心室收缩功能障碍为主要表现的心脏疾病。心脏病学家对其临床表现和发病机制进行了多方面的研究,发现这一疾病可能与冠状动脉结构异常、心脏肾上腺受体激活、交感神经功能紊乱、脂肪酸代谢障碍、雌激素水平下降以及冠脉多血管痉挛有关,但确切的机制仍有待进一步的研究。
＇Tako-Tsubo＇ syndrome,a heart disease characterized by left ventricular contraction abnormality, was first reported in 1990. Studies on its clinical feature and etiology show that several possible factors including abnormal anatomy frame of coronary artery,activation of cardiac adrenoceptor, disturbance of sympathetic innervation,impairment of fatty acid metabolism,low estrogen level and multi-vessel coronary spasm may contribute to the attack, although the definite mechanism is still under discussion.
