摘要
本文从急性冠脉综合征或心源性猝死病例中,探讨临床症状与冠脉病变不一致的现象,介绍冠脉痉挛的特点,分析冠脉痉挛的促发因素,心理应激促发冠脉痉挛的类型及其可能的发生机理。
