粒细胞集落刺激因子对HL-60白血病细胞Survivin表达的调节 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子(GCSF)对白血病细胞增殖和Survivin基因表达的影响。方法:用HL60白血病细胞株进行传代培养,MTT试验检测GCSF不同药物浓度对白血病细胞增殖的影响。用逆转录多聚酶链反应方法检测Survivin基因表达。结果:GCSF具有促进HL60细胞增殖,上调SurvivinmRNA表达的作用,而且具有时间和浓度依赖性。结论:GCSF能够上调SurvivinmRNA表达,促进白血病细胞增殖。
