摘要
实验结果表明，炙甘草汤加味方能明显降低大白鼠右心房自律性；明显抑制肾上腺素诱发的离休豚鼠左心房肌和乳头状肌的自律性和兴奋性；对豚鼠的左心房肌的功能不应期也能明显延长；但对收缩性影响不显著。
In this article, the effects of Zhi Gan Cao Decoction (ZGCD) with additions on thephysiological characteristics of isolated rat right atrium and isolated left atrium and papillary muscles ofguinea pig was studied. The results showed that ZGCD siguificantly decreased the automaticity of ratright atrium and guinea pig left atrium and papillary muscles induced by epinephrine; markedly inhibitedthe excitability of isolated guinea pig papillary muscles and atrium; obviously prolonged the functionalrefractory period of the left atrium, but exerted no influence upon its contracticity.
