摘要
新时期高校学报的质量决定着学报品位的提升,学报编辑的综合素质是学报质量的关键。学报编辑的综合素质主要包括:政治思想素质、知识结构素质、业务能力素质和现代意识素质。面对知识经济的挑战,学报编辑应具备这四大素质,必须不断地学习、充实,努力提高自己的综合素质。
The quality of the university periodicals determines the promotion of its rank, and the synthetical quality of the editors is the key for ensuring the quality of the periodicals. We elaborate our views and suggestions from four aspects about how to improve the synthetical quality of the university periodical editors. Confronted with the challenge of the knowledge economy, the periodical editors must study constantly and try to improve their synthetical quality so as to have their own characteristics and brand.
