从图书馆员必须具有良好的政治思想素质、良好的心理素质、综合的业务素质、较强的现代意识素质、较高的网络技术和计算机应用能力、熟练的外语应用知识能力。
This article had discussed what accomplishments the librarians of the information time need from eight aspects. They are good accomplishments of political thoughts,psychology, comprehensive professional work and strong modern consciousness, and higher network technology, and ability of computer applying, skilled foreign language using, language expression, mutually cooperating and study independently.
