摘要
本文介绍了 LF 高强度快干玉米淀粉粘合剂的原料选择、配方设计、工艺流程和粘合剂的性能。该粘合剂以双氧水为氧化剂,冷法生产,采用了独特的工艺路线,反应时间仅为1小时。由于加入快干剂,纸板压合半小时即可切割、印刷。冷至—8℃仍有很好的流动性。
in this paper,the raw-material selection,the formulary research,the technological process and the properties of quick drying high-strength corn starch adhesive LF were described.This adhesive was produced with oxidant of hydrogen per- oxide at room temperature.The special technological process was adopted and the reaction time was only an hour.As the acceler- ating dessicant was mixed;the cartors would be cut and printed after adhered and pressed for half an hour.The fluidity of this adhesive would be well at-8℃。
