摘要
从1999年开始,我国高等教育进行了大规模的扩张,并于2002年秋季实现了向大众化的过渡。通过对扩招后教师工作负担的调查,提出一些建设教师队伍和减轻教师负担的对策。
Since 1999 the large-scale enlargement has been made and the transition to popularition was accomplished in autumn,2002 in China＇ s higher education. This paper put forward some countermeasures to build a contingent of teachers and lighten teachers＇ load by means of investigating their working load and finding out about present situation of working load of full-time college teachers and its influence afer enrolling more new students in colleges and universities.
