摘要
高等学校招生数量持续增加 ,教育投资、教师队伍、教学设施、学生质量、教学管理等新问题的出现 ,要求学校在扩大招生的同时必须保证教学质量。本文通过对高校扩招效应的分析 ,按照建立“宽进严出”的教育质量保证体系的思路 ,提出高校必须走内涵发展道路 。
The sustained expansion of college and university enrolment marks the stage of high-speed development of China’s higher education and the emergence of such new problems as educational investment,teaching body,teaching facilities,students’quality,teaching management requires institutions of higher education to formulate relevant teaching quality guarantee system.Based on the thought of “broad admissions,strict graduation”-the educational quality quarantee system.this thesis proposes that colleges and universities must develop independently and guarantee the teaching quality while enlarging the recruitment of college students through the analysis of the effect of college and university enrolment expansion.
