摘要
目的:探讨复合多糖对荷瘤小鼠外周血T细胞亚群的影响。方法:(1)模型:HepA荷瘤小鼠动物模型,(2)免疫检测方法:流式细胞术测定外周血T细胞亚群功能。结果:复合多糖能够使荷瘤小鼠外周血CD4+,CD8+T细胞数量增加P<0.01,调节CD4+/CD8+比例。结论:复合多糖有显著抗肿瘤作用,其机理可能是通过提高机体的细胞免疫功能实现的。
Objective：To explore the influence of Compond polysaccharide on the subset of peripheral T cell in mouse bearing tumor . Methods ： （ 1 ） Animal model used kunming mouse bearing HepA ; （ 2 ） The subset of T lymphocyte was detected by flow - cytometry. Results ： Compond polysaccharide can increase the number of peripheral CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ Tlymphocyte inmouse bearing tumor （ P 〈0.01 ） and regulate the ratioofCD4^＋/ CD8^＋ Tlymphocyte. Conclusion： Compond polysaccharide has antitumor function and the function is perhaps realized by increasing cellular immunity.
