摘要
在利用《碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法》(GB11894—89)测定水中总氮时,虽然步骤较为简单,但实验条件要求较为苛刻,准确度不宜把握,任何一处细节出现偏差,都会使空白值偏高,从而对测量结果产生影响。在此提出了几个关键性的问题及一些改进措施,从而可将空白值控制在较为理想的范围内,达到了环境监测的要求。
