摘要
采用现场调查、室内分析与模拟实验相结合的研究方法,以盐城射阳滩涂为现场调查区,测定水样中总氮、总磷、游离磷和过氧化氢酶的含量,使调查结果能够较全面的反映盐城射阳滩涂水体污染情况。
Through combination of scene investigation , simulation experiment and analysis in laboratory, taking marsh in Sheyang county as investigation zone, contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus , free phosphorus and catalase in water sample were determined, which can comprehensively reflect water body pollution situation of marsh in Sheyang county.
