摘要
地鳖虫营养丰富,蛋白质含量较高,氨基酸种类齐全,富含人体必需的8种氨基酸,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,还含有脂溶性维生素及人体必需的微量元素,生物碱和其他一些微量活性物质,具有较强的药用功效。再辅以蛹虫草、人参、枸杞、桂圆等中药材,研制出具有保健功能的高蛋白、低脂肪型滋补地鳖虫保健酒。(孙悟)
Eupoliphaga Sinensis Walker containes abundant proteins and eight kinds of amino acids which are necessary for human being.
