摘要
在氧化脱磷理论分析和相关热力学计算的基础上,论述了国内外含铬铁水氧化脱磷的发展概况及现状,并重点介绍了高碱度控制氧位渣的选择性氧化脱磷方法及其影响因素,以及国内外工业化应用的效果,指出氧化脱磷存在的问题和今后的发展方向。
Based on the theoretical oxidation dephosphorization analysis and the related thermodynamics calculation, the domestic and international development and general situation of oxidizing dephosphorization are summarized. It introduces specially a selective oxidizing dephosphorization process with a high basicity slag controlling partial pressure of oxygen and its influence factors and industrialized application effects, and points out the problem of oxidizing dephosphorization as well as the development direction for the future.
