摘要
本文对高锰钢的脱磷方法,应用热力学理论分析了氧化脱磷和还原脱磷的反应条件,确定了它们之间的氧位界限。体系的临界氧位与温度的关系为:logPo_2=(47331)/(T)+10.35高锰钢液氧化脱磷的热力学条件:logap_2o_5<(36853)/(T)-29.07+2loga[p]+5loga[o]保锰的热力学条件:loga[o]≤-(12104)/(T)+5.13+logaMno-loga[Mn]指出脱磷保锰是可以实现的。本文还对各种熔剂的脱磷能力进行了热力学计算。
The reaction conditions of oxidizing and reducing dephosphorization for high Mn steel were studied on the basis of thermolynamic theory.The critical oxygen potential between both types of dephosphorization was suggested,of which the required temperature is as follows: logPo_2=-(47331/T)+10.35 The conditions of dephosphorization and retarding Ma during the oxidizing dephosphorization are: logap_2o_5<36853/T-29.07+2loga_[p]+5loga[o] loga_[o]≤-12104/T+5.13+logaM_(nO)+loga_[M_n] and they predicated that dephosphorization Without the loss of Mn is feasi- ble.
