摘要
本文通过Fe—Cr—C系中碳的溶解平衡实验和铬、磷在BaO—BaCl_2渣系和Fe-Cr-C-P系间的分配平衡实验。分别测定了1450℃时三元系中碳的溶解度和平衡时铬、磷在渣和高铬铁基熔体间的浓度关系。应用热力学理论,根据实验测定的结果求得了ε_C^(Cr)和ε_P^(Cr),并提出了适用于高铬含碳铁基熔体中铬和磷的活度系数计算式: ln γ_P/γ_P^O=lnγ_(Fe)+9.68X_P+13.38X_c-10.00X_(Cr) ln γ_(Cr)/γ_(Cr)~O=lyγ_(Fe)+2.76X_(Cr)-6.55X_c-10.00X_P 本文还对BaO-BaCl_2系的脱磷能力作了估算。
Experiments were carried out at 1450℃ on dissolution equilibrium of carbon in Fe-Cr-C melts and distribution equilibrium of phosphorus and chromium between BaO-BaCl_2slags and Fe-Cr-C-P melts, to measure carbon solubility in the ternary system and to determine the concentration relation of phosphorus and chromium in slag and metal at equilibrium, respectively. According to the experimental results, ε_C^(Cr) and ε_P^(Cr) were evaluated with thermodynamic theory and the calculatuion of phosphorus and chromium activities were proposed: ln=γ_p/γ_p^o=lnγ_(Fe)+9.68X_p+13.38X_c-10.00X_(cr) lnγ_(Cr)/γ_(Cr)~o=lnγ_(Fe)+2.76X_(Cr)-6.55X_c-10.00X_(Cr) Dephosphorizing ability of BaO-BaCl_2slag were also estimated.
