摘要
分析了电器仪表视窗的工艺性,介绍了电器仪表视窗注射模具的结构设计,并对采用公差带来计算成型零件尺寸的方法进行了初步的探讨,可以在一定程度上预测模具的使用寿命。
The technological property of the window part of the meter for the electrical apparatus is analyzed. The design of the structure of the injection mould for forming the meter window is introduced. Primary discussion has been made on the method for calculating the part dimensions by using tolerance zone. With this method, the service life of the mould can be predicted to some extent.
