摘要
提出了一种用极值法计算注塑模成型零件工作尺寸的方法 ,说明了该方法在实际计算中的应用 ,进而推导出了不同情况下注塑模成型零件工作尺寸的计算公式 ,并以表格形式给出。
This paper suggests an extreme value method to calculate the working sizes of injection mold shaping parts, and explains the application of this method in practical calculations. And at the same time, the calculation formula for the working sizes of injection mold shaping parts in different cases are further deduced. These formula tested through the practical examples can satisfy the requirements of plastic parts.
