摘要
以Cimatron E软件为工具,应用注塑模具设计理论和方法设计了手表壳体注塑模,并就该数字化注塑模具设计中的重点和难点,如型腔布局、分型面创建、成型零件设计、侧抽芯机构设计等进行了探讨。该模具一次试模成功,并且经实际生产证明,其动作协调、系统可靠、塑件质量满足客户要求;采用该设计方法能够缩短新产品开发周期、降低成本、提高产品质量,对同类产品的研发具有一定借鉴意义。
On the bases of theories and methods of injection mold design,the watch shell injection mold was designed by using Cimatron E software.And the emphasis and difficulty in digital design of the injection mold were analyzed,such as cavity layout,design of parting surface,molding parts and side core-pulling mechanism,etc.The first mold trail achieved the success,moreover,the mold was proved practically to be coordinated in movement,reliable in operation,and the mold parts could meet clients' requirements.The method could reduce development time and cost,improve the quality of products,and could be referenced by similar products processing.
